Sometimes I have a foggy brain and little pain around head 1 year before my vitamin b12 count is 200 After that doctor prescribed me to take mecobalamin then I took mecofol plus for 3 months then I test b12 it goes around 400 After this I took mecofol plus sometimes but not regularly. Also my stomach upset sometimes
